Council of Judges and Prosecutors decisions published in the Official Gazette

According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, the regional grade of the Bismil Courthouse, which serves as a judicial organization, has been changed from 4 to 3, taking into account the geographical and economic conditions, health, social and cultural status, as well as transportation, development, and proximity to major centers of the Bismil district in Diyarbakır province.

Furthermore, with the decision, the Göksun district has been removed from the jurisdiction of the Elbistan High Criminal Court and attached to the jurisdiction of the Kahramanmaraş High Criminal Court, considering its geographical location and transportation access to the province of Kahramanmaraş.

The Cide and Şenpazar districts have been removed from the jurisdiction of the İnebolu High Criminal Court and attached to the jurisdiction of the Kastamonu High Criminal Court, in line with their transportation access to the province of Kastamonu.
