World leaders will gather at the Gaza summit to be held in the Egyptian city of Sharm El Sheikh.

AKP Chairman and President Tayyip Erdoğan will also attend the summit, which will take place tomorrow.

Egypt has made an announcement regarding the leaders' summit, which it stated would be held during US President Donald Trump's visit to the country on Monday.

According to NTV's report, a statement issued by the Egyptian Presidency indicated that the meeting would be held in Sharm El Sheikh.

The statement noted that in addition to US President Donald Trump, more than 20 country leaders would attend the summit.

TRUMP HAD MADE A STATEMENT

Donald Trump had announced that he would visit Israel first and then Egypt on Monday, following the agreement reached on the first phase of a ceasefire in Gaza.

According to reports in the US press, Trump was planning to turn this visit into a leaders' summit where the Gaza Peace Plan would be discussed. According to the reports, 11 country leaders were expected to attend the summit. In a statement regarding the matter, Trump had said, "Many leaders will also be there during my Middle East visit."

MACRON AND STARMER ALSO ATTENDING

It was announced that French President Emmanuel Macron would also travel to Egypt on Monday to meet with regional leaders regarding the steps to be taken within the scope of the Gaza Peace Plan.

A statement from the UK Prime Minister's Office reported that Prime Minister Keir Starmer would be in Egypt on Monday to attend the Gaza Peace Plan signing ceremony.

According to information previously reported in the US press, it was stated that many countries, including Turkey, Germany, France, the UK, Italy, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Indonesia, had been invited to the summit.
