Dam occupancy rates in Istanbul for the new week have been announced
Following the rainfall in Istanbul, the occupancy rate in the dams has increased to 51.65 percent. Due to the dry summer, the occupancy rate of the dams had dropped to the 16 percent level.
The heavy rainfall that has been effective in Istanbul in recent days continues to increase the occupancy rates in the dams.
According to the latest data from İSKİ, the occupancy rate in the dams, which was 49.34 percent last week, has risen to 51.65 percent following the effective rainfall.
While the highest water amount in the dams was recorded at the Elmalı Dam with 85 percent, the dam with the lowest water amount was the Pabuçdere Dam with 26.13 percent.
According to İSKİ data, the latest situation in Istanbul's dams is as follows;
