Date provided: Rainy weather will continue to have an effect
The General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM) has published the weather report for October 10. The cold and rainy weather affecting the country will continue, with the current conditions expected to persist until the weekend. While partly cloudy weather will prevail across Turkey, showers and thunderstorms will be seen in some regions.
Showers and occasional thunderstorms will be effective in the Western Black Sea (excluding Bolu), the coasts of the Central and Eastern Black Sea, the coastal parts of Sakarya, and the surroundings of Artvin and Ardahan. Citizens in these regions are particularly advised to take precautions.
HEAVY RAIN WARNING AND RISKS
Rainfall is expected to be locally heavy in the coastal parts of Düzce and the surroundings of Zonguldak and Bartın. Due to the impact of the precipitation, disruptions in transportation may occur, and negative situations such as floods and water inundation may also arise.

MEDITERRANEAN

It is estimated to be partly cloudy.
WESTERN BLACK SEA
Very cloudy, with intermittent showers and occasional thunderstorms expected across the region (excluding Bolu). Rainfall is expected to be heavy in the coastal parts of Düzce and the surroundings of Zonguldak and Bartın.
CENTRAL and EASTERN BLACK SEA
Partly to very cloudy, with intermittent showers and occasional thunderstorms expected in the coastal areas and the surroundings of Artvin.
EASTERN ANATOLIA
Partly to very cloudy, with intermittent showers and occasional thunderstorms expected in the surroundings of Ardahan.
SOUTHEASTERN ANATOLIA
It is estimated to be partly and slightly cloudy.
