The health condition of Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and DEM Party Istanbul MP Sırrı Süreyya Önder, who was hospitalized last night following a heart attack and underwent surgery lasting approximately 12 hours, remains serious.
While Önder was moved to intensive care following the surgery, the Turkish Parliament has suspended sessions for 2 days due to his health condition.
