Decision regarding the individual who threatened Mattia Ahmet Minguzzi's family
The suspect who made threatening posts directed at the family of Mattia Ahmet Minguzzi, who lost his life following a knife attack in Kadıköy, has been arrested.
A complaint was filed with the Public Security Branch Office's Robbery Bureau regarding an individual alleged to have sent threatening messages and made posts targeting Yasemin Akıncılar Minguzzi, the mother of 15-year-old Mattia Ahmet Minguzzi, who lost his life following a knife attack in Kadıköy.
Following the report by Yasemin Akıncılar Minguzzi, an investigation was launched by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Within the scope of the investigation, it was determined that the suspect had made threatening posts on social media directed at the grieving mother.
SUSPECT ARRESTED
Acting on instructions from the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, law enforcement identified the suspect as M.E.U., who was subsequently taken into custody in Yalova. After processing at the police station, the suspect was referred to the courthouse and was arrested by the duty magistrate on charges of 'making threats using the names of criminal organizations' and sent to prison.
