According to the decision; it has been decided to establish an administrative court in the province of Bitlis and to determine its judicial district as the 'civil boundaries of Bitlis province', to establish the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th administrative courts and a tax court in the province of Hakkâri and to determine their judicial districts as the 'civil boundaries of Hakkâri province', to establish an administrative court in the province of Kırşehir and to determine its judicial district as the 'civil boundaries of Kırşehir province', to establish an administrative court in the province of Nevşehir and to determine its judicial district as the 'civil boundaries of Nevşehir province', and to establish an administrative court in the province of Sinop and to determine its judicial district as the 'civil boundaries of Sinop province'.
