Decisions regarding the promotion of judges and prosecutors published in the Official Gazette

The HSK decisions include lists of names of judicial and administrative judges, chief public prosecutors, and prosecutors who were promoted to the first degree as of August 31, 2024, and were subject to a first-class classification review for the first time effective from that date.

The list includes the names of 56 judges and 27 prosecutors in the judicial judiciary, and 33 judges in the administrative judiciary.

Those who have completed their service periods but do not see their names on this list may submit a written application to the HSK within 30 days to request a review of their status.

In the HSK's decision, lists containing the names of judicial and administrative judges, chief public prosecutors, and prosecutors of various levels who completed their service periods by the end of the August 2024 period and were decided to be promoted by the HSK were also published.
