Here are the districts that will experience outages:
Arnavutköy, Bağcılar, Bahçelievler, Başakşehir, Bayrampaşa, Beşiktaş, Çatalca, Esenyurt, Eyüpsultan, Gaziosmanpaşa, Güngören, Kağıthane, Küçükçekmece, Sarıyer, Silivri, and Sultangazi.
