Here are the districts that will experience outages:
Arnavutköy, Avcılar, Bağcılar, Bayrampaşa, Beşiktaş, Büyükçekmece, Çatalca, Esenler, Başakşehir, Esenyurt, Eyüpsultan, Fatih, Gaziosmanpaşa, Güngören, Bahçelievler, Küçükçekmece, Silivri, Şişli, Sultangazi, and Zeytinburnu.
