Here are the districts that will experience outages:
Çatalca, Esenyurt, Bahçelievler, Bayrampaşa, Beyoğlu, Arnavutköy, Büyükçekmece, Bağcılar, Şişli, Zeytinburnu, Şişli, Esenyurt, Kağıthane, Eyüpsultan, Sarıyer, Fatih, Silivri, Gaziosmanpaşa, and Sultangazi.
