Here are the districts that will experience outages:
Beşiktaş, Beylikdüzü, Bağcılar, Bahçelievler, Arnavutköy, Bayrampaşa, Gaziosmanpaşa, Beyoğlu, Kağıthane, Büyükçekmece, Eyüpsultan, Esenler, Fatih, Esenyurt, Şişli, Küçükçekmece, and Sultangazi.
