Here are the districts that will experience outages:
Arnavutköy, Avcılar, Bağcılar, Bahçelievler, Bakırköy, Başakşehir, Beylikdüzü, Esenyurt, Eyüpsultan, Fatih, Gaziosmanpaşa, Güngören, Kağıthane, Küçükçekmece, Silivri, Sultangazi, and Zeytinburnu.
