The inclusion of 'aviation gasoline and jet fuel' among the products subject to the restriction drew reactions, and it was discussed that the fuel for the warplanes bombing Gaza was also coming from Turkey.

The Center for Combating Disinformation published a text regarding these claims and used the expression, "The claim that 'Israel's jet fuel is coming from Turkey' is not true."

In the statement made by the Center, it was emphasized that the fuel in question was fuel purchased for Israeli civilian aircraft on Turkish soil, and it was stated, "The claim shared by some social media accounts that 'Israel's jet fuel is coming from Turkey' is not true.

The jet fuel sales seen in the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) data have no connection to Israeli warplanes.

The fuel in question is not fuel sent to Israel, but rather jet fuel purchased for Israeli civilian aircraft at airports within Turkish territory. All of the aircraft that purchased fuel are passenger planes. Do not give credence to manipulation campaigns conducted over public sensitivities."

With the announcement that the fuel was sold to Israeli aircraft at airports located on Turkish soil, the question of what the word 'export' means arose in everyone's mind.

As is known, export means the sale of goods or services produced by individuals or institutions in one country to foreign countries.
