Downpour in Istanbul paralyzes traffic flow!
Due to the heavy rain that fell in Istanbul during the morning hours, traffic came to a near-complete standstill.
In Istanbul this morning, traffic congestion occurred, particularly due to schools being open and people heading out to work. According to the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's Cep Trafik application, traffic density was recorded at 71 percent, causing traffic to move at a crawl.
