DSI properties in Cukurova and Seyhan to be sold via sealed bid

According to the announcement published in the Official Gazette by the DSI General Directorate 6th Regional Directorate, the tender for the sale of the DSI General Directorate's shares in two plots of land in the Cukurova and Seyhan districts of Adana will be held on December 10 at the DSI Adana 6th Regional Directorate Tender Hall using the sealed bid method.

Those who wish to participate in the tender can obtain the sales specifications for the real estate from the institution's Real Estate and Expropriation Branch Directorate for 500 liras until 16:00 on December 9.

The estimated value of the property in Cukurova, excluding VAT, has been set at 17 million 540 thousand 287 liras, and the property in Seyhan, excluding VAT, at 35 million 379 thousand 900 liras.

For the properties to be sold via sealed bid, applicants must apply in person with the required documents to the DSI 6th Regional Directorate Real Estate and Expropriation Branch Directorate Tender Commission Presidency by the end of the working day one day before the tender date.
