Erdoğan repeats those words in Antalya: 'As the People's Alliance, isn't the cabinet hopefully with us?'

President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke at his party's rally in front of the Turgut Özal Sports Hall in Antalya.

Stating that 80 thousand people attended the rally, Erdoğan said the following:

"Elections are periods for politicians to be held accountable. We have already been held accountable for years, and we continue to be, but are you ready to hold those who run from accountability to account on March 31? Politicians who receive authorization at the ballot box to manage the government or municipalities account for what they have done during election campaigns and make promises about what they will do. Our nation then declares its decision at the ballot box. Antalya is giving its grades to those who have managed its metropolitan and district municipalities for 5 years, and is also weighing and measuring those who are candidates. We are aspiring to serve Antalya with our metropolitan and district candidates.

I thank you for supporting us with 43 percent of the vote for this brother of yours in the May elections, and 41 percent in the parliamentary elections. These rates are far from reflecting the affection between us and Antalya. I believe that we will compensate for this by blowing up the ballot boxes together with People's Alliance votes on March 31.

"AS THE PEOPLE'S ALLIANCE, IS THE CABINET WITH US?"

Is this brother of yours at the head of this country as President? He is. Also, as the People's Alliance, is the cabinet hopefully with us? Now, since we are in charge as the People's Alliance and the government, will we continue to make the country soar when you hand over the local government to us as well? ATTACKED CHP OVER DEM PARTY

This fascist mentality chooses to side with tutelage supporters, coup plotters, imperialists, and recently, terrorist organizations. The new chairman of the CHP gives special advice to administrators for the election period. He says, 'Hide your true intentions.' He says, 'Do not speak so you do not receive a reaction.' He says, 'Do not engage in polemics so we do not come out at a loss.' He says, 'Keep quiet so the citizens are not aware of what is in your hearts.' Who is this? The Chairman of the CHP. Look at the logic, would you? He says, 'Deceive the nation.' He does not tell his organizations to act honestly, but says, 'Wear your masks until the election, do not take them off.' Whatever they do, it is in vain. Our nation knows very well what they are by now. They are confused about what guise to take. The CHP Chairman 'brewed' with the DEM in Istanbul and Mersin. He made an alliance. These two parties shared mayoral candidacies and council memberships through secret agreements they made among themselves. Then, the CHP Chairman gives a statement saying, 'We have no alliance with the DEM.' Lies have nested in their mouths. They think everyone is blind and the world is foolish. Even though the slap of the nation's discernment has landed on their faces many times, they never give up this heedlessness. Our nation knows their true colors.

"WE ARE NOT IGNORING THE DIFFICULTIES OUR CITIZENS FACE"

We are not ignoring the difficulties our citizens face. We are the ones saying that the solution to these problems lies in production, growth, investment, working, and earning. Turkey does not have effortless sources of income like some other places. Whatever we do, we will do it with our sweat. We will share the earnings that will emerge in this way among 85 million. Are we ready to start the golden age of Antalya? If Antalya says 'yes,' this business is done. I believe that before the Ramadan Feast, we will declare the feast of national will together on March 31."
