Erdoğan signs: Urgent expropriation decision for properties in numerous provinces

Urgent expropriation decisions taken by the Presidency have been published in the Official Gazette and have entered into force. According to the decisions, it has been decided to expropriate numerous properties within the scope of public projects planned to be implemented in various provinces.

In the regulations bearing the signature of AKP Chairman and President Tayyip Erdoğan, it was stated that urgent expropriation will be carried out for road projects, tourism investments, organized industrial zone infrastructure works, and projects in the field of healthcare in Şanlıurfa, Trabzon, Antalya, Gaziantep, Mersin, Adana, and Siirt.

The decisions in the Official Gazette stated that the expropriation procedures will be carried out by the relevant institutions and that the aim is to rapidly implement the projects in accordance with the planned schedule.
