Upon a citizen's complaint, the Ministry initiated an investigation and determined that the price in a residential sales listing had been increased by 1 million 250 thousand liras in a short time.
LISTING PRICE CHANGED
Ministry Press Advisor Bekir Kaplan shared the following information regarding the listing in question in a statement made on the social media platform X: "The price, which was published as 6 million 750 thousand TL on September 1, 2025, rose to 8 million TL on October 2, 2025."
PENALTY AND REMOVAL OF THE LISTING
