The expropriation decision in the gazette stated: “It has been decided that the immovable properties in the attached list, which are needed for the production of the minerals subject to the license in the field with a mining (gold+silver) operating license within the borders of Niğde province, shall be urgently expropriated by the General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs.”
