He was unresponsive; he would show fake reactions, but he couldn't quite pull them off. I suppose when people stay in the bureaucracy for a long time, they become a bit like this. Of course, there was still a very important difference between them. Kılıçdaroğlu was a bureaucrat of the old Turkey, while Murat Kurum is one of the new Turkey.
