Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality will organize ferry services from İzmit, Değirmendere, Karamürsel, and Darıca to Büyükada every Sunday between June 22 and September 21. Departure times and ticket prices have been announced.
According to the announcement made by the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, ferry services providing maritime transport between İzmit and Büyükada will be carried out on Sundays between June 22 and September 21.
The departure times have been set as follows:
- İzmit: 08.30
- Değirmendere: 09.15
- Karamürsel: 10.00
- Darıca: 11.15
Ticket prices vary depending on the departure points.
Services departing from İzmit, Değirmendere, and Karamürsel:
- Full fare: 350 TL
- Student: 225 TL
Service departing from Darıca:
- Full fare: 260 TL
- Student: 200 TL
Those who wish to participate in the services must make a reservation at www.kocaeli.bel.tr or kdu.kocaeli.bel.tr.
On the other hand, it was reported that moonlight tours to be held in the Gulf of İzmit will also take place every Saturday between June 21 and September 20.
