FETÖ operation regarding military high school entrance exam questions
As part of the investigation into FETÖ/PDY, detention warrants have been issued for 7 suspects identified as having illicitly obtained and distributed the 2014 Military High School Entrance Exam (ALS) questions to members of the organization.
A new development has occurred in the investigation into the 2014 Military High School Entrance Exam (ALS), conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Terrorism Crimes Investigation Bureau. Within the scope of the investigation, it was determined that FETÖ/PDY members accessed the exam questions prior to the written exam and distributed them to members of the organization.
Following the examinations, detention warrants were issued for 7 FETÖ/PDY suspects identified as having committed irregularities in the exam and having provided or received the questions. It was reported that simultaneous operations, centered in Ankara and spanning 4 provinces, were launched as of May 12, 2026.
It was stated that efforts to apprehend the suspects and transfer them to the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office are being carried out by teams from the Ankara Provincial Police Department's Counter-Terrorism Branch.
