Fire breaks out at a motorcycle repair shop in Fatih

A fire broke out for an as-yet-undetermined reason at a motorcycle repair shop located in the Yavuz Selim neighborhood. The flames grew rapidly, reaching the building immediately next door, causing moments of anxiety in the area.

Upon notification, numerous fire, medical, and police teams were dispatched to the scene. Thanks to the rapid intervention of the fire crews, the spread of the fire was contained. However, the motorcycles in the repair shop were rendered completely unusable due to the blaze.

Security and fire department teams conducting an investigation at the scene have launched an inquiry to determine the cause of the fire. The black smoke from the fire was visible from many points across Istanbul.

With citizens quickly notifying the authorities, the fire was brought under control in a short time. It was reported that there were no casualties or injuries in the incident.
