Fire in Bağcılar, Istanbul: 5 people poisoned
In an incident at a fire extinguisher refilling business in Bağcılar, Istanbul, 5 people, including 2 workers, were poisoned. Numerous teams have been dispatched to the scene, and intervention efforts are ongoing.
A poisoning incident occurred at a fire extinguisher refilling business in the Bağcılar district of Istanbul.
According to initial findings, 2 workers at the business were poisoned.
HEALTHCARE TEAMS ALSO AFFECTED
Following the incident, healthcare teams were dispatched to the area upon notification.
However, it was determined that 3 more people, who were healthcare workers arriving at the scene to intervene, were also poisoned. Thus, the number of poisoned individuals rose to 5.
NUMEROUS TEAMS DISPATCHED
Following the report, the Istanbul Fire Department and UMKE teams were directed to the scene.
The teams have launched an investigation into the cause of the poisoning that occurred at the workplace.
