First meeting after the talk with Öcalan: Date set for the reconciliation commission!

Following the approval for a visit to İmralı by the National Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Democracy Commission—established in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) as part of the government's second reconciliation process, which it calls a "Terror-Free Turkey"—AKP's Hüseyin Yayman, MHP's Feti Yıldız, and DEM Party's Gülistan Kılıç Koçyiğit visited terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan on Monday.

The reconciliation commission had previously decided to meet on Wednesday so that the delegation that held the meeting with PKK terrorist organization leader Abdullah Öcalan could brief the commission. However, the meeting was postponed to a later date due to conflicting schedules of Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş and commission members.

According to information obtained, the commission meeting, where the delegation will report on the İmralı visit, will be held on Thursday, December 4.
