The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office had initiated an ex officio investigation to uncover the truth regarding allegations made in social media posts and news reports concerning Ayşe Barım, who manages artists and actors such as Serenay Sarıkaya.
It was learned that the investigation concerns allegations such as 'violation of the freedom to work' and 'blackmail'.

It has been learned that a decision was made to impose a judicial control measure in the form of a travel ban on the suspect, Barım, as part of the investigation.
