Flash TikTok decision regarding TSK personnel!
A legislative proposal banning the use of TikTok for Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) personnel has passed the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) National Defense Commission.
The Bill on Amendments to the TSK Personnel Law and Certain Other Laws has been approved by the TBMM National Defense Commission.
With the proposal, a ban has been introduced for TSK personnel using "TikTok".
According to the approved proposal, in addition to the "TikTok" ban for TSK personnel, the following provisions were also included:
"Personnel whose insurance began after 1999 and who were retired due to lack of a position by the decision of the Supreme Military Council after February 1, 2018, will be granted a retirement pension upon completing 25 years of service, regardless of age, for both men and women."
