Efforts are underway to bring a forest fire that broke out in the Yenişehir district of Bursa under control through aerial and ground intervention.
The fire started for an unknown reason in a forested area near the district's Selimiye Neighborhood.
Upon notification, teams from the Regional Directorate of Forestry were dispatched to the region.
The teams are working to extinguish the fire with 3 helicopters, 9 fire trucks, 5 water tankers, and 89 personnel.
