Former FB executive files complaint: Legal action taken against Fatih Altaylı under Law 6222
A decision has been reached in the legal process initiated against journalist Fatih Altaylı for using the term "Kobani Stadium" instead of "Chobani Stadium" in his columns. Following a complaint, it is alleged that a spectator ban was imposed on Altaylı under Law No. 6222 on the Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports, temporarily prohibiting his entry into stadiums.
It has been claimed that a decision has been reached in the legal process initiated against journalist Fatih Altaylı due to the expressions he used in his articles regarding Chobani Stadium.
According to information shared by sports presenter Elis Buse Araç, legal action was initiated against Altaylı under Law No. 6222 on the Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports following a complaint filed by former Fenerbahçe Board Member and lawyer Ali Alper Alpoğlu.
It is alleged that as a result of the process, a spectator ban was imposed on Fatih Altaylı. The reason cited for the decision was Altaylı's use of the term "Kobani Stadium" to refer to Chobani Stadium in his columns.
In accordance with the measure taken, it is claimed that Altaylı has been temporarily banned from entering stadiums.
