Found hanging from a tree by the roadside: Identified as a businessman
A 45-year-old businessman was found dead, hanging from a tree by a rope, in the Battalgazi district of Malatya.
Around 05:00 in the morning, individuals who saw a person hanging from a tree by the roadside near the Çöşnük Junction on the Malatya-Elazığ highway in the Battalgazi district reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center.
Upon the report, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Medical teams determined that the individual had lost his life during their examination.
It was determined that the deceased individual was businessman Mehmet Köse (45), and his body was taken to the forensic medicine institution to determine the exact cause of death following the investigation at the scene.
The investigation initiated regarding the incident is ongoing.
