THE DRIVER WILL BE UNDER CONSTANT MONITORING

With the system, it will be determined when the driver's visual attention is not focused on driving tasks, and the driver will be warned through the human-machine interface in the vehicle. The system, which will be able to function without taking into account the biometric personal data of the people in the vehicle, will be designed to continuously record and store data as a closed circuit.

In the system, which will be operated by taking environmental conditions into account, the driver's distraction (gaze points) will be monitored, and visual, auditory, and tactile warnings will be given to the driver when necessary.

IF DATA IS LOST IN AN ACCIDENT...

The recorded data related to the collision will be provided via a serial data port on the standardized data link connector specified in the relevant regulation. In cases where the serial data port is no longer functional after a collision, the data will be retrievable by connecting directly to the event data recorder system.

Data recorded by the event data recorder system will not be accessible through interfaces that can be accessed without unlocking the vehicle or using tools, or through vehicle interfaces for wireless connections.

On the other hand, the Communiqué on the Implementation Procedures and Principles Regarding the Type Approval of Motor Vehicles in Terms of Emissions from Heavy-Duty Vehicles (Euro VI) and Access to Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Information has also been published and entered into force.
