According to information reported by DW Türkçe, the ruling to emerge from the case could lead to a significant change within the party.

While it is being discussed that a ruling of "absolute nullity" within the party could pave the way for former Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu to return to office, it is alleged that Kılıçdaroğlu is prepared for this possibility.

STRIKING COMMENTS FROM NAMES CLOSE TO KILIÇDAROĞLU

Names close to Kılıçdaroğlu have made assessments regarding the scenarios that could unfold following the court's decision. One of these individuals stated, "If Kemal Bey does not accept the position, the party could remain without leadership for a long time. In that case, Kemal Bey would again be declared responsible for the resulting chaos."

The same individual stated that current Chairman Özgür Özel would also be unable to continue his duties depending on the outcome of the case, adding, "Kemal Bey is not the party that filed this lawsuit; he is in the position of a victim. If the court decides that the current congress is invalid, a major vacuum will emerge in the party if Kılıçdaroğlu does not accept the position. This would create a new crisis."

According to allegations circulating in Ankara's political circles, some names close to Kılıçdaroğlu have made various promises to members of parliament during the process of electing the Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey regarding the positions they would assume in the party in the event of a potential return.
