Bad news for Özgür Özel from the latest election poll! Here is the picture after the undecided voters were distributed

While the opposition continues its calls for early elections, public opinion research companies continue to keep their finger on the pulse of the citizens.

Most recently, the results of an election poll conducted by the Yöneylem Social Research Center were shared. In the study, participants were asked the question, 'Who would you vote for if there were an election this Sunday?'

'STATE OF POLARIZATION'

Speaking to Halk TV, Yöneylem Social Research Center Coordinator Derya Kömürcü drew attention to the percentage of undecided voters and said: "About a quarter of the undecided voters feel close to the AKP, and one-fifth feel close to the CHP. In other words, there is no incredibly large gap between them right now. Whether we distribute these proportionally or according to the party they feel close to, the vote shares of the two parties appear to have come neck and neck. I see that the general state of polarization we see in Turkish politics, that is, the division into two as those who support the government and those who are against the government, continues.

'CHP HAS LOST 3 POINTS, AKP HAS NOT INCREASED'

When I look at this research, I see that the wind coming from the Syrian side has not provided a significant rise in AKP votes. I attribute this to the effect created by the low increases made to the minimum wage and pension payments. When I look at the two major studies since the local elections, I see that the CHP has regressed by three points. The AKP's vote has hardly increased at all. There appears to be an increase in the DEM Party's vote to some extent."
