Claim of a letter from Öcalan to Qandil: Pervin Buldan detail draws attention

It has been alleged that Abdullah Öcalan, the leader of the PKK terrorist organization, will send a letter to the PKK leadership in Qandil to provide information regarding the process being conducted with Turkey.

Muhammed Emin Pencweni, known for his proximity to the PKK terrorist organization, attributed this claim to DEM Party MP Pervin Buldan.

In his statement, Muhammed Emin Pencweni noted that Pervin Buldan told him that Öcalan's morale is high and his health is good. Pencweni stated, "Pervin Buldan told me that Öcalan is optimistic about the peace process and that he will soon inform Qandil via a letter."

''DEM DELEGATION WILL ALSO VISIT THE REGION''

Pencweni also conveyed that Pervin Buldan and a delegation from the DEM Party will visit the region in the near future to hold meetings with political party leaders. He added, "They will also visit me after the meetings."

A delegation consisting of DEM Party Istanbul MP Sırrı Süreyya Önder and Van MP Pervin Buldan met with PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan in Imralı for the second time on January 22. The first meeting took place on December 28, 2024.

While these claims have brought discussions regarding the peace process back to the agenda, the content of the letter Öcalan is alleged to be sending to Qandil has become a subject of curiosity.
