Cocaine, cannabis, synthetic substances... He explained by saying, 'Ela Rümeysa Cebeci almost didn't drink cologne'

Journalist İsmail Saymaz made evaluations regarding the investigation into Mehmet Akif Ersoy and Ela Rümeysa Cebeci on the program "Para Siyaset" (Money Politics) hosted by Ebru Baki on Halk TV. Saymaz stated that the results of the forensic report reveal that the case has entered a new phase.

Speaking on the program, Saymaz said that the forensic report prepared for Mehmet Akif Ersoy, Ela Rümeysa Cebeci, and some individuals who were detained and arrested within the scope of the same investigation contains findings regarding various substances. Saymaz reported that the findings in the report include cocaine, cannabis, and synthetic drugs.

Recalling Mehmet Akif Ersoy's previous statements following the forensic report, Saymaz said that Ersoy had declared to the public that he had "never used drugs in his life." Saymaz stated that Ersoy denied the allegations in both his public statements and his testimony in court.

Saymaz also drew attention to Ersoy's statements regarding the forensic medicine process, expressing that his remarks that "the report is not important to him" have raised questions in the public eye.

Journalist Saymaz said that findings related to cocaine use were detected in Mehmet Akif Ersoy's blood and hair samples in the forensic report. He stated that this situation contradicts the statements Ersoy made to the public.

Saymaz stated that Ersoy should make a new statement to the public, arguing that the public has been misinformed.

Continuing his speech on the program, Saymaz also drew attention to Ersoy's position in the public eye. He said that the emergence of such a forensic report regarding a journalist who presents the main news bulletin every evening has created a serious debate in the public.

Saymaz stated that despite the denial of the drug use allegation, a different picture has emerged with the report.

Speaking about Ela Rümeysa Cebeci, who is also mentioned in the investigation, Saymaz reminded that he had previously disclosed the email Cebeci sent to him. Saymaz said that the findings of the forensic report do not align with the statements Cebeci made regarding her lifestyle.

Saymaz stated that findings of cannabis, cocaine, and synthetic substances were present in Cebeci's hair samples.
