Date of the İmamoğlu trial leaked from behind the scenes! 'A reservation has been made in Silivri...'

İBB Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, who was detained on March 19 as part of an investigation into corruption allegations against the İBB, was arrested and sent to Silivri Prison on March 23, the day he was announced as the CHP's presidential candidate.

While no indictment has yet been prepared for İmamoğlu, who has been held in Silivri for 7 months, CHP Chairman Özgür Özel continues to call for the indictment to be issued.

On the other hand, MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli had also called for the İBB case, stating, "The indictment should be prepared and he should be tried as soon as possible."

Nefes Gazetesi columnist Nuray Babacan shared the behind-the-scenes information she obtained regarding the İBB and İmamoğlu case in her column.

While it is claimed that İmamoğlu's indictment will be completed in November, Nuray Babacan reported that the courtrooms at Silivri Prison have been reserved for December.

In her article, Babacan stated, "The source of the information that the case will begin to be heard in the last month of this year is the reservation of the courtrooms in Silivri for December. This is interpreted as the case being set to begin."

CLAIM OF JUDICIAL MEETING WITH ERDOĞAN

Babacan also shared another piece of behind-the-scenes information regarding the CHP front. According to this, it was claimed that a delegation from the party held a meeting with AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and informed him about the importance of election justice.

According to the claim, it was stated that if the case in question results against the CHP, decisions concerning the entire election judiciary, including election results, could be taken to court, which could lead to serious problems in the political system. It was alleged that Erdoğan remained "without comment" regarding this meeting.
