Regarding the murder of Narin Güran, who went missing on August 21 on her way home from a Quran course in Tavşantepe Village in the Bağlar district of Diyarbakır, and whose body was found in a sack in a stream near the village on September 8, footage showing a shepherd being interrogated by the Güran family has been sent to the national criminal bureau for analysis.

DELETED RECORDINGS RECOVERED

After Narin went missing, the Güran family installed high-resolution night-vision cameras with audio recording capabilities in their village home. These camera recordings were deleted after the body was found.

The recording devices were seized, and some of these deleted recordings were recovered.

The camera footage revealed that Narin's uncle, Erhan Güran, and other prominent members of the Güran family were holding a meeting in the garden of his house, during which they interrogated Ahmet Akgün, who works as a shepherd in the village.

The footage shows Narin's father Arif, her brother Baran, her uncle Erhan, and Ali Rıza Güran, one of the prominent members of the Güran family, together. Following this response, the court panel sent the obtained footage to the national criminal bureau for audio transcription.

The court requested that the footage be transcribed and delivered to the court by the hearing date on Thursday.

Regarding the same footage, the court panel had previously filed a criminal complaint with the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the members of the Güran family who participated in the family council meeting where the shepherd was interrogated and beaten.

EVEN EARTH OBSERVATION SATELLITES WERE CHECKED

Meanwhile, it has emerged that satellite imagery was also examined for the 19-day period between Narin's disappearance on August 21 and the day her body was found on September 8.

It was reported that the entire region where Tavşantepe Village is located was examined in detail using an earth observation satellite designed and produced at the Space Technologies Research Institute.
