Drug and prostitution parties at Bebek Hotel: Celebrities registered under secret names
New details have emerged regarding the drug and prostitution scandal at Bebek Hotel. It has been determined that famous individuals booked rooms under secret names, no security searches were conducted at the entrance, and drugs were used in VIP rooms.
New details regarding Bebek Hotel, which had become a hub for drug and prostitution parties, have come to light in a way that will alter the course of the ongoing investigation.
It was determined that at the hotel, a frequent destination for celebrities, great importance was placed on privacy and rooms were booked without proper registration. Furthermore, it was noted that no security checks were performed at the hotel entrance, no body searches were conducted, and no X-ray devices were used.
In his statement, the hotel's operations manager, Arif Altunbulak, stated that when celebrities visited the hotel, their identities were kept confidential and registrations were made under different names. This method ensured that the identities of the famous individuals remained hidden.
It was learned that there were no body searches conducted at Bebek Hotel and no X-ray devices were present. Due to these deficiencies, individuals entering the hotel were able to easily bring in drugs and use them on the premises.
Additionally, it was determined that guests staying in the rooms would go up to the hotel's VIP floors in groups to use drugs.
Within the scope of the investigation, the owner of Bebek Hotel, Muzaffer Yıldırım, and the operations manager, Arif Altunbulak, were arrested. In his testimony, Altunbulak said, "I do not know that drugs were used in the hotel, but since we did not search the people coming in, drugs may have entered."
CELEBRITIES LEFT THE HOTEL BEFORE THE RAID
It was determined that prominent businessmen, artists, and well-known figures from the sports community left the hotel half an hour before the police raid on Bebek Hotel.
According to camera footage, these individuals left the hotel between 00:00 and 00:30 at night. It was also determined that some of them departed the hotel by boat.
Following the raid, an attempt was made to seal and close Bebek Hotel for one month. However, the management obtained a stay of execution, invalidating the closure order, and the hotel reopened before the New Year. When asked how the hotel reopened, Altunbulak said, "I do not know how it opened after the hotel was sealed. Muzaffer Yıldırım can explain this matter better."
