Fatih Altaylı shares how the operation against CHP municipalities began! He revealed the next target...

Journalist Fatih Altaylı, who was arrested on charges of threatening the President, continues to send his letters from Silivri Prison, where he is being held.

In his letter, he stated that CHP Group Deputy Chairman Ali Mahir Başarır would reveal important documents at a press conference today regarding how the operations against CHP municipalities began.

Providing a brief summary of the documents Başarır will disclose at the meeting, Altaylı claimed that the next operation is expected to be carried out against İGDAŞ.

Altaylı's letter reads as follows:

“Ali Mahir Başarır has found very important information and documents today regarding how the operations targeting CHP municipalities began. According to the documents, the operation against CHP municipalities started with two email tips dated September 5, 2024. The email addresses that made the tips are [email protected] and muhammediali [email protected].

The first complaint made from these email addresses concerns the Kütahya Municipality. Then, complaints and tips regarding the Beşiktaş, Seyhan, and Ceyhan municipalities arrive. The tips are made to the governor's office and the police. Both institutions forward these tips to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. On October 2, the prosecutor's office requests that the files of the four tips be merged. Because the same person is the lead role in all four tips: Aziz İhsan Aktaş.

“THE MHP MUNICIPALITY'S FILE IS SEPARATED”

Three of these municipalities are CHP-run, and one is MHP-run. 15 days later, on October 18, it makes a decision exactly the opposite of the one it made on October 2. It separates the file of the MHP-run Kütahya Municipality. It has the file sent to the Kütahya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

The Seyhan, Ceyhan, and Beşiktaş files remain in Istanbul. The point the files remaining in Istanbul have reached today is well-known. In the file in Kütahya, however, there is neither an arrest nor an indictment. Even though a detailed expert report has been issued regarding what Aziz İhsan Aktaş did in Kütahya. It is a document of lawlessness and injustice.”

"THE NEXT OPERATION IS EXPECTED TO BE AGAINST İGDAŞ"

In the continuation of his letter, Altaylı claimed that the next operation is expected to be carried out against İGDAŞ and noted the following:

“By the way, let me also say this. The next operation is expected to be carried out against İGDAŞ. You didn't hear it from me, but that is the expectation.”
