Journalist Serdar Akinan recently drew attention with a video titled "Who is next in the operation where Mehmet Akif Ersoy was arrested?"

In the video, Akinan stated that the process that began with the arrest of Mehmet Akif Ersoy is only the beginning, and provided shocking information about the scope of the operation.

A LIST OF 4,500 PEOPLE

In his statements, Akinan said that the forces trying to redesign Turkey through such operations have a list of 4,500 names in their possession. Stating that Ersoy is only a small piece of this massive list, Akinan said the following:

“Mehmet Akif Ersoy does not even take up as much space as the head of a pin on this list. This is just the beginning. The operation will continue in a much wider area.” Akinan said that the operation would not be limited to just one name and that many more people would be targeted.

Serdar Akinan also explained the strategy to be implemented in the later stages of the operation. He stated that this strategy, which he calls "salami slicing," will draw more people in with each operation. Akinan expressed this situation as follows:

“Mehmet Akif Ersoy is just a thinly sliced piece of this salami. As the salami continues to be sliced, the ground will shake. And in the end, this salami will be completely sliced.”

Serdar Akinan also emphasized the critical period Turkey is going through. Saying, "The country is going through a very difficult process," he stated that the public has an important role in the current environment. Expressing that the public should claim their "right to not be afraid," Akinan said the following:

“There is currently a climate of fear in Turkey. The public must overcome this fear and fight along this path. We must not be afraid and we must defend our rights. Showing courage in this process is very important.” Akinan warned that the public remaining silent could lead to greater dangers.

Serdar Akinan stated that the reasons behind the arrest of Mehmet Akif Ersoy are much deeper, implying that the operation also has a political dimension. Akinan argued that this operation was not just an individual move, but part of a larger plan.
