In the latest public opinion poll conducted by ASAL Research, 1,895 participants were asked the question, "Who would you like to see as a presidential candidate in the upcoming elections?" without any names being suggested. The findings obtained from the research revealed that the gap between the prominent names has reached remarkable levels.

Fatih Erbakan: 1.6 percent

Müsavat Dervişoğlu: 2.2 percent

Ümit Özdağ: 2.8 percent

Özgür Özel: 4.0 percent

Selahattin Demirtaş: 5.8 percent

Ekrem İmamoğlu: 18.0 percent

Mansur Yavaş: 21.2 percent

Recep Tayyip Erdoğan: 37.0 percent

Other: 2.0 percent

No opinion/No answer: 4.0 percent

Within the scope of the research, participants were also asked the question, "In the event that Ekrem İmamoğlu cannot be a candidate, who do you think should be the CHP's presidential candidate?"
