Şamil Tayyar reveals the roadmap for the new peace process! When will the terrorist organization announce its dissolution?

There are active days in the new peace process, which began when Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Chairman Devlet Bahçeli shook hands with DEM Party deputies at the opening of the Turkish Grand National Assembly and continued with his call regarding the terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan.

In the process that the government calls a 'Terror-Free Turkey,' the terrorist organization PKK's so-called congress convened between May 5-7. While the decisions taken at the so-called congress are awaited, eyes have also turned to the terrorist organization's announcement on laying down arms and dissolution.

Former AKP deputy Şamil Tayyar shared information he obtained from a bureaucrat regarding the new peace process.

"THE ORGANIZATION WILL ANNOUNCE ITS DISSOLUTION DECISION ON MONDAY"

Stating that terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan intervened in the disputes within the terrorist organization to provide a 'solution,' Tayyar reported that, barring any extraordinary developments, the decision to lay down arms and dissolve would be announced today (May 12). Tayyar noted that the weapons would be surrendered in Sulaymaniyah and Erbil under Turkey's supervision.

"ÖCALAN WILL REMAIN IN İMRALI"

One of the most curious topics in the new peace process is the status of terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan. Noting that Öcalan will remain in İmralı, Tayyar stated that nearly 300 so-called high-level executives of the terrorist organization will go to third countries such as South Africa and Norway, and that Iran, Iraq, and Syria will never be among them.

According to Tayyar, organization members who have not been involved in crimes will return to the countries of which they are citizens. Approximately 4,000 people who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey will be taken into custody at the border in stages. In the first phase of the process, the return of the children of the Diyarbakır mothers will be ensured. Countries such as the USA and France will not play a guarantor role in the process.

"MAYORS IN MUNICIPALITIES WITH APPOINTED TRUSTEES WILL BE REINSTATED"

Following the PKK terrorist organization's laying down of arms, it is expected that elected mayors will return to their duties in municipalities where trustees were appointed.

Depending on the course of the process, a basis for cooperation in Parliament for a new Constitution will be sought, criminal legislation will be reorganized, and a partial amnesty may come to the agenda in the advanced stages when a social consensus is formed. PKK members will also benefit from the new Enforcement Law, and regulations will be made to ensure the release of those who are elderly and ill.

RESTRUCTURING IN DEM PARTY

In this context, the restructuring of the DEM Party will also become inevitable. However, the new structure will not be allowed to use the name PKK. Turkey will not withdraw from the region for a long time against the possibility of breaking away from the organization and going into a new structure. The YPG structure in Syria will be planned together with the Damascus administration, non-Syrian organization members will be deported, and those remaining will join the Syrian army.
