Sharia-advocating lawyer declares himself a prophet in YouTube video

Eylül Ecem Zal, who previously insulted the founding leader of the Republic of Turkey, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and stated that she was giving up her legal practice because it was not in accordance with Sharia, has declared herself a prophet.

In her ugly remarks about Atatürk, Zal had used the following expressions:

"Authors of works like Mustafa Kemal Atatürk will be driven to hell along with their buildings."

In the video she filmed, Zal included the following statements from the Surah Ash-Shu'ara: "Indeed, I am a trustworthy messenger sent by the Lord of the Worlds.

So fear Allah and obey me. And I do not ask you for any payment for it.

My reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds.

So fear Allah and obey me. Peace be upon those who follow guidance."

WHO IS EYLÜL ECEM ZAL?

Eylül Ecem Zal is a lawyer who graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. However, she drew attention when she announced that she was leaving her profession on the grounds that it was not compatible with Sharia. Zal had previously come to the agenda with insulting remarks directed at Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, a situation that drew great public reaction. Finally, in a video she shared on social media, she refers to herself as the "messenger of Allah."
