The gap between AKP and CHP revealed in the final poll of 2025
According to the latest Turkey Report published by GENAR in December 2025, the vote gap between political parties has narrowed to a remarkable level. The difference between the AKP and the CHP was measured at 1.6 percentage points.
The final public opinion research results of 2025 have been released. In the survey conducted by GENAR in December, voter preferences and vote shares became clear. According to the research, the gap between the two parties at the top remained limited.
According to the data from the GENAR Turkey Report, the vote shares of the parties are as follows:
Other: 0.7 percent
TİP: 1.7 percent
Yeniden Refah Party: 2.9 percent
Zafer Party: 3.0 percent
Anahtar Party: 3.5 percent
İYİ Party: 5.0 percent
MHP: 7.8 percent
DEM Party: 9.6 percent
CHP: 32.1 percent
AKP: 33.7 percent
VOTE SHARES PEAKED IN APRIL
According to the survey results, both major parties reached their highest vote shares during the year in April.
While the AKP saw its highest level of the year at 35.8 percent during this period, the CHP rose to 35.6 percent. As of the December data, it was noted that the gap between the two parties was 1.6 percentage points.
