Teams from the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command carried out simultaneous raids this morning on 7 major companies operating in the precious metals sector.
COMPANIES PROVIDING SERVICES REPORTEDLY TARGETED
Within the scope of the investigation, companies known in the gold and precious metals sector that handle large-volume transactions were targeted. It is stated that the firms raided include names such as ALEKS Metal / Aleks Kıymetli Madenler, AgaHolding, and AgaBullion Kıymetli Madenler A.Ş.
RAIDS ON COMPANY HEADQUARTERS AND EXECUTIVES' HOMES
According to the pro-government media outlet Sabah, Gendarmerie teams conducted searches not only at company headquarters but also at the homes of company executives. It was learned that accounting records were seized in addition to digital data.
