FAMILY OF 4 PERISHES

The bodies of Mert Doğan (41), his wife Duygu (40), and their daughters Doğa (9) and Mavi Doğan (7), who lost their lives in the fire, were brought to the Havutlu Cemetery in the central Yüreğir district.

Relatives of the family who attended the funeral were overcome with grief and tears.

The mother, Ersin Doğan, embraced and kissed the coffin of her only child, Mert Doğan.

Following the funeral prayers held there, the bodies were laid to rest with prayers.

In addition to the family's relatives, Deputy Minister of Health Halim Özçevik, Adana Governor Yavuz Selim Köşger, Adana Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Zeydan Karalar, members of parliament, and other officials attended the ceremony.

It was learned that Mert and Duygu Doğan, who lived in Istanbul, had gone to the Kartalkaya Ski Center with their daughters for the semester break and had planned to visit their relatives in Adana on January 24.
