According to the allegations, following this relationship, a woman named B.Y. started working at the municipality, and Güler bought her a house and a car. This relationship is known by many people in the district. The report also raised allegations that Güler used a property belonging to the young woman as a nightclub.

Nuri Güler stated that he opposed these allegations, claiming that the published photos were products of artificial intelligence, and said, "I will file a criminal complaint through my lawyer." Following the incident, a statement from the AKP said that due to the allegations against Nuri Güler and the news reports in the press, he "has been referred to the Central Disciplinary Board with a request for permanent expulsion, with precautionary measures."
