Hakan Fidan reacts to Israel: 'We must rouse the world'
Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated that they reject Israel's Gaza plan and emphasized that the international community must take action.
Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan made important statements to members of the press following his visit to Egypt. Stating that they strongly reject Israel's plans for Gaza, Fidan said, "We reject Israel's Gaza plan. As Turkey and Egypt, we stand against these scenarios of Israel." Fidan also expressed that Israel is persistently sabotaging ceasefire initiatives in Gaza, drawing attention to the importance of international solidarity in resolving the problem in the region.
PURSUING A NEW GENOCIDE PLAN FOR GAZA
Fidan described Israel's occupation plan for Gaza as a "new genocide plan" and rejected any effort aimed at removing Palestinians from their own lands. Stating, "Palestine belongs to the Palestinians. Any effort aimed at removing Palestinians from their own lands is null and void," he expressed that they are maintaining a determined stance against Israel's expansionist policies in the region.
THE ISLAMIC WORLD MUST SHOW SOLIDARITY
Hakan Fidan said that the Islamic world must act in full solidarity to defend the rights of Palestine. "The Islamic world must act in full solidarity on this issue. If we are strong together, we can be more effective against oppression," he said.
A CALL TO ROUSE THE WORLD
Fidan said that Israel's pressure on Gaza poses a major threat to the region and that the international community must take action against this situation. "Israel is pressuring Gazans to leave their country and is trying to starve Gazans to death by blocking aid," said Fidan, emphasizing the importance of international solidarity against oppression.
Fidan continued: "Oppression and the oppressor cannot prevail for long. The oppressor will eventually be erased from history. There is no giving up, no despair. We must rouse the world. Not only states, but non-governmental organizations must also take action."
