New details have emerged regarding Haluk Levent, who was detained as part of an investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into allegations of irregularities within the AHBAP Association. It is alleged that Levent, who was brought to Istanbul after being detained in Bursa, did not share the passwords for the 4 mobile phones he had with him with police units.

ALLEGEDLY DID NOT PROVIDE PHONE PASSWORDS

According to information reflected in the investigation file, it was stated that Haluk Levent did not share the passwords for the 4 mobile phones found in his bag, without providing any justification. It was learned that police units are conducting a technical examination to crack the passwords of the devices.

ESCAPE PLAN ALLEGATION

As part of the investigation, it was also alleged that Levent was preparing to flee abroad before he was detained. According to the allegation, Haluk Levent purchased flight tickets to go to Düsseldorf on Friday, July 10, at 19:10, and to Hannover at 21:55 on the same day.

It was also among the allegations that Levent, who reportedly set off for Izmir by road after learning of the travel ban against him, planned to leave the country from there by sea.

It was learned that Haluk Levent is not expected to give a statement today as part of the investigation, and that the plan is for the statements of other detained suspects to be taken at the police station first, followed by Levent's statement.
